getting started

If you are new to this style of training or don’t have prior CrossFit experience then you will need to complete our “Base Basics” introduction course.
This will give you an understanding of the Base Fitness methodology and style of training as well as being taught the basic movements used in classes (Squat, Deadlift, Press, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifts, Body weight movements.
