Fitness Assessment
Every member begins with an assessment to establish fitness levels and discuss aims & goals prior to exercise. Assessments are performed on a regular 6 to 12 weekly basis for continual performance feedback.
Personal Program & Induction
An equipment induction is coupled with your invidual fitness program which is devised to ensure maximum benefit is achieved during each workout so as optimal goals are targetted and gained. 6 - 8 weekly check-ups are advised to help keep motivation & interest high. Personal training is available on request.
